Crane Payment Solutions states “Best Show in Recent History”

Concord, ON, Canada – November 25, 2010 - Crane Payment Solutions, manufacturers of the CashCode brand of high-security banknote validators, has reported “overwhelming success” at the recent G2E in Las Vegas. Better booth positioning in a high-traffic area coupled with tremendous customer response were the reasons for this year’s success.

CashCode/Crane Payment Solutions has been a loyal 10 year exhibitor at the Global Gaming Show in Las Vegas and it is considered the one of the most important exhibitions of the year.

We were very pleased with the overall attendance of the show. There was solid representation of our international customers from South American and South Africa and even as far away as Australia. North American customers also displayed a stronger than expected attendance. “We have our customers to thank for this years successful G2E show, this was the best show we’ve had in 3 years”, stated Sim Bielak, VP Sales & Business Development – Casino Gaming, “and given the post show feedback, we now have greater expectations for 2011”.

Product highlights at this years show included:

  • The CashCode one™ banknote validator remains the most versatile banknote introduced. This validator is made to handle any protocol, any interface at any voltage for a truly universal solution. With this flexible architecture and multiple options and configurations there is a best fit solution for all your requirements.

  • The 800 Note Cashbox positioned itself to be the new standard in cashbox capacity on the casino floor. With 33% more capacity than the current standard, operators would clearly see a reduction in cashbox collections across the floor by 20%. The nearly-full function also assists in preventing or eliminating emergency drops.

  • The 2500 Note Cashbox was a direct result from our VOC to tackle the ever increasing number of cash and ticket transactions on the casino floor. Developed for Bill-Breaking & Ticket Redemption kiosks and change machines, the frequency of drops can be cut in half!

  • Since its launch at G2E 2009, the oneCheck™ cash management system has gained popularity on a global scale. Operators have praised its simplistic operation, yet are overwhelmed by its superior technology and dramatic results for improving efficiency. Solve player disputes in minutes, print separate performance & firmware reports for your Printer and Validator and reconcile your cashbox contents – provided as an added value feature to the CashCode one™.

Crane Payment Solutions Showcasing CashCode & NRI Innovations That Meet the Needs of On-Street and Off-Street Parking at the 2010 IPI Expo in Las Vegas.

Exhibition Booth # 635
Toronto, 4th May 2010:

Crane Payment Solutions is showcasing the CashCode MSM Bill Validator with Sleep Mode at the 2010 IPI Expo in Las Vegas. The MSM has proven to be the preferred Bill Validator that meets the low-power consumption needs of On-Street parking meters.

In addition to leading Bill Validator solutions, CPS is also showing innovative NRI coin recyclers “Pay on Foot (POF) Stations in Car Park Garages.

The trend for smaller Pay on Foot Stations in Car Park Garages is necessitating more compact payment systems. The new coin changer c² spider, with its ability to recycle 8 different coin denominations is the perfect solution. Two coin hoppers and six tubes within the coin changer provide full coin recycling with the smallest possible footprint and minimum integration effort.

Another new product innovation is the c² tornado. This unique coin recycling solution with an integrated true escrow represents a Plug & Play all-in-one Parking solution with reduced footprint. In contrast to larger or non-recycling systems consisting of a coin validator, escrow, sorting unit and hoppers, the c² tornado offers all the advantages of a coin recycler while having the escrow module already integrated, leading to the highest protection against fraudulent coins to better preserve your revenue.

Improving bill and coin validation technology is a strategic focus for Crane Payment Solutions. At the 2010 IPI Expo, the next generation 5” G-40 coin validator, the v² eagle, will be showcased¬. This product leverages the G-40’s highly reliable proven architecture and will set a new coin validation standard with its best-in-class Multi Frequency validation Technology (MFT).

Transportation Vice President Spiro Gjorgjievski said: ‘At Crane Payment Solutions, we develop an enhanced range of innovative, reliable currency systems for coin and bill validation and recycling to meet OEM and Operator needs.’ He continued: ‘The new solutions will facilitate our position as one of the innovative leaders and experts in cash handling solutions for parking applications.’

Crane Payment Solutions is exhibiting its innovative bill and coin products at the 2010 IPI Expo at Booth # 635.
